Shipment statuses

Order lifecycle statuses and the webhook events that report them.

Orders expose a lifecycle status. Webhooks report the same values.

PENDING	Created, awaiting rider	shipment.created
ASSIGNED	Offered / assigned (assigned: true; stored status stays PENDING until accept)	shipment.assigned
ACCEPTED	Rider accepted	shipment.accepted

You can cancel via the Business API only while status is PENDING, ASSIGNED, ACCEPTED, or START_TRIP. See Cancel order.

ASSIGNED is a presented status. When an admin sends a trip to a rider, the order keeps stored status PENDING with assigned: true. Admin, business, and webhook payloads still show ASSIGNED until the rider accepts.
